Important Exclusions
- Actual repair costs by third-party trades (plumbers, electricians, roofers, HVAC, etc.)
- Lawn care, landscaping, and grounds maintenance (including mowing, irrigation, and debris removal)
- Extra on-site visits beyond the included allowance
- Rent collection, accounting, lease administration, and financial reporting
We can coordinate these services with qualified vendors, but the cost of the work itself is the owner’s responsibility.
